At Three2Tango Tees, we are committed to providing you with the best possible shipping experience. All our orders are printed and processed in NSW. Our shipping policy is designed to give you all the necessary information you need about our shipping process.
Order Processing/Production Time: Each item we sell is printed to order just for you. Therefore, please allow us 5-9 business days to process your order for shipment. If you require faster processing time, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist you.
Shipping Costs: We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs. The estimated time and costs are as follows:
- Express Post: 1-3 business days, $15
- Standard Post: 5-8 business days, $10
- Pick up from location Spring Farm: FREE
Please note that processing times may vary depending on the time of year.
Total Delivery Time: Please be aware that our processing/production time for all orders is 5-9 business days, regardless of the chosen shipping option. Please note that choosing Express Shipping will only expedite the shipping time and not the production time. We appreciate your understanding and patience in allowing us the time to create a quality product for you.
Shipment Confirmation: We will send you a Shipment Confirmation email as soon as your order has been shipped. This email will contain your tracking number(s). Please check all your email folders to watch out for emails from Three2Tango Tees.
Exchanges & Returns: As we are a small print-on-demand business that creates and prints each item to order, we are unable to offer traditional change of mind or size returns & exchanges. Please be sure to check size chart for sizing. Please refer to our Refund Policy.
Damaged Items: Please note that Three2Tango Tees is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
