Exchange & Refund Policy
Made-to-Order Products
All our products are printed on demand, specifically for each customer. Because every order is custom-printed, we cannot offer exchanges, returns, or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or colour choice
- Minor colour or style variations
Please refer to our size chart before purchasing to ensure the correct fit.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a remedy if an item you purchase is faulty, not as described, or doesn’t perform as promised. Depending on the issue, this may include a repair, replacement, or refund.
You are not entitled to a refund or exchange simply because you change your mind or ordered the wrong size, particularly for customised or made-to-order items.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We take great care with every order, but mistakes can occasionally happen. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at three2tango80@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos clearly showing the fault or issue
- A short description of the problem
Once assessed, we will offer one of the following remedies (at our discretion, in line with ACL):
- Replacement of the same item (if available)
- Exchange for an equivalent item
- Refund to your original payment method
If the incorrect item was sent due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return label before sending your replacement.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags attached.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order has been sent to production or printed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, as the product has been custom-made for you.
Refunds
Refunds are only available for faulty or incorrect items that meet ACL criteria. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds made via Afterpay or PayPal will incur a $1–$4 processing fee, depending on platform charges.
- Refunds will only be processed once any returned items are received and inspected.
Product Colour & Style
We make every effort to display product colours and styles accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or supplier stock differences. Some images may be digital mockups and are intended as close representations of the final product. Such variations are considered minor and do not qualify as faults under Australian Consumer Law.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Gift cards
- Downloadable digital files
- Personalised/customised items (e.g. names, logos, dates)
- Items not in their original condition, worn, washed, or missing tags
- Items returned after 7 days of receipt
- Returns without proof of purchase
Return shipping costs (except where the item is faulty or sent in error) are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
